Request deletion of your THIKURA account and data

This page is for customers of THIKURA BEAUTY SUPPLY, including the iOS and Android apps. Your customer account remains until you request its deletion.

Request from the app

Sign in, open Account, choose Delete account and confirm. The request is tied to the signed-in customer. Save the reference shown. Receiving a request does not mean that deletion is complete, and you do not need to send a second request by email.

If you cannot sign in or no longer have the app

Email an account deletion request to [email protected]. Send it from your account email if possible. Explain if you cannot use that address so we can verify ownership. Do not send passwords or full payment-card details.

Time and responsible person

thikra Yalda handles these requests. We verify ownership, complete deletion of your store account within 45 days from receipt and notify you of the result and the status of associated-data requests. Identity verification does not restart this period. A request receipt or a support acknowledgement is not proof of completed deletion. Contact the same email with your reference for follow-up.

If you want particular personal data deleted while keeping your account, describe this in your request.

Information covered and exceptions

The request covers your customer profile, sign-in access and associated personal data, including data processed for THIKURA by service providers. Some invoice, payment, tax, fraud-prevention or dispute records may have to be retained for a specific legal or transaction-related reason. We will explain the affected information, reason and applicable retention period. Keeping an invoice is separate from keeping the entire account. An independent account you hold directly with a payment or other provider remains subject to that provider's process.

Provider processing can take additional time: Google's GA4 guidance describes up to 24 hours to hide a user from exploration views and up to 63 days to finish permanent erasure. We report remaining provider processing separately and do not treat its receipt as completed erasure. Backups can contain older information; a restored copy must be reconciled with current deletion records before it returns to active use. We do not promise immediate erasure of every historical backup copy.

Favorites and other preferences stored only on your device can be removed in the app. Removing the app does not delete the store account.

Necessary Michigan financial/tax evidence generally has a minimum four-year retention period, assessed from the later of the relevant tax or return due date and actual filing date. A longer applicable period, audit, dispute or preservation requirement can extend it. This concerns the necessary invoice/tax fields, not the whole account, and is not an automatic purge guarantee for every provider or backup.
